How to plan a
mobile sensory party.

Start with your group.

Write down your preferred date, approximate time, number of children, and their age range. Our Classic and Deluxe trailer packages include 10–12 participating children and 90 minutes of sensory activities. For a larger group, ask us to plan the flow and staffing with you.

Choose the experience.

Trailer parties bring a dedicated play space and instructor. Activities-only packages bring four themed activities to your chosen party place, with setup and cleanup. Instructor time can be discussed as an add-on.

Share the location.

Send your event ZIP code and any access details. We serve locations within 40 miles of our operating base. Our trailer has heat and air conditioning, and we bring a generator. Confirm arrival and site arrangements with our team.

Tell us what your child loves.

Favorite themes, colors, and interests help us discuss activities that fit the group. Let us know general play preferences or accommodation requests early, without sending medical records.

Divide up the party details.

We handle the agreed sensory materials and our activity setup and cleanup. You provide food, cake, decorations, and other party supplies. Agree on the schedule so sensory play and the rest of the celebration fit together.

Book and pay online.

Choose your package and enter the event details to continue directly to checkout. Your requested date is subject to confirmation. If unavailable, we will arrange an alternative date or refund your party purchase. Optional extras require your approval.
