Inquiries and interest lists
We collect the information you submit, such as your name, email, phone, event preferences, ZIP code, group details, and message. We use it to respond, plan experiences, and—when you request it—send updates about the relevant interest list. You can ask to leave a list by replying to an update or contacting us.
Requests are stored in our WordPress administration system, and a notification is sent to our business email. Please do not submit diagnoses, medical records, payment-card details, or other sensitive information through inquiry forms.
Purchases and accounts
WooCommerce processes orders and account information. Payment providers process payment information through the checkout integration. Order, billing, and contact details are used to fulfill purchases, communicate about orders, and maintain business records.
Website operation
The site uses cookies needed for functions such as carts and login. Hosting and security services may process technical information to operate and protect the website. Inquiry rate limiting uses a short-lived hashed network identifier. Analytics or payment integrations may have additional notices or consent controls where enabled.
Instagram photos and videos
Selected pages display our public Instagram posts using the Smash Balloon Instagram connection. Photos and video files may load from Meta media servers, which receive technical connection information such as your IP address. Videos play only when you choose to play them. Links to Instagram open its service, where Meta privacy policies apply.
Service providers
Information may be processed by our hosting, website, email, and payment service providers as needed to operate the business. Contact us if you need more information about a particular service.
Retention and requests
We retain information as needed to handle your request, fulfill purchases, and maintain required business records. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or removal from an interest list. Some order records may need to be retained.
